This policy covers luxdelta.com and the private tools that LuxDelta runs for its own use (including the research tool "LuxDelta Research" and the studio at studio.luxdelta.com).
1. This website
This website is mostly informational. It has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. The one form is the "Apply to become a client" application, where you choose to give us your name, company, email, website, budget range and a short description of your goals. We use it only to decide whether and how to reply, we email it to our own inbox, and we do not sell or share it. We keep applications only as long as needed to respond, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time at info@luxdelta.com. The form uses a simple security check to block spam; it uses no tracking cookies beyond a short-lived session cookie for that check.
2. Data from Google that our private tools use
- Google Ads data (research tool): The tool reads keyword research and cost statistics (such as search volume and cost-per-click ranges) from LuxDelta's own Google Ads account. It reads only; it does not create or change campaigns, ads or settings, and it does not spend money.
- YouTube (read-only): The tools read public channel and video statistics, and LuxDelta's own channel name and ID. They cannot upload, edit, comment on or delete anything.
- Google Drive (studio): Limited to files the studio creates in a "LuxDelta Media" folder (the
drive.filepermission).
These tools are for LuxDelta's internal use only. They are not offered to the public, and we do not receive personal data about other Google users through them.
3. How we use and protect Google data
Google data is used only to support LuxDelta's own video planning and research. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access keys are kept on LuxDelta's secured devices and servers, never in public places, and short-lived access tokens are held in memory only.
4. Retention and deletion
Research results are kept only as long as they are useful for planning, and can be deleted at any time. To ask us to delete data or disconnect access, email info@luxdelta.com; we act within 7 days and confirm by email. LuxDelta can also revoke access at any time on the Google Account "Third-party connections" page.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Data goes only to the Google services LuxDelta connects, and to the hosting providers that run our servers.
6. Children
This website and our tools are not directed at children.
7. Changes
We post updated versions on this page with a new date.
